Harry Heft Denison University Psychology in a Liberal Arts College:
In this conversation I will describe the academic environment of a liberal arts college
and psychology's place in it. A primary aim is to provide some insight into what life is
like as an academic psychologist in such a setting -- both its positive and negative
features. Further, I will examine the kinds of steps one can take to prepare oneself for
this kind of career path, how one's interest in pursuing this path can be clearly
